  • Custom Design Fee — $50

    Includes design creation and preparation, cleanup of customer-supplied artwork, preparation of AI-generated artwork, and up to 2 revisions.

  • AI Artwork Welcome

    AI-generated artwork is welcome. If your file needs cleanup, resizing, recreation, conversion, or other preparation before printing, our standard $50 design fee applies.

  • Want the Design File? — $150

    Your standard design fee covers artwork created or prepared for shirts ordered through Twin Rivers. Want to use the finished design elsewhere? Purchase the final design file with expanded usage rights for $150.

  • Ordering 10+ Shirts?

    Order 10 or more shirts with the same design, and your $50 design fee will be credited toward your shirt order.

Good to Know Before You Order

Artwork & Usage Rights

Customers are responsible for obtaining permission to use any logos, images, trademarks, or artwork submitted for their order. Our standard design fee covers artwork created or prepared for apparel ordered through Twin Rivers Custom Design. Expanded usage rights are included only with purchase of the final design file.

Revisions & Design Changes

The $50 custom design fee includes up to 2 revisions. Additional revisions or significant changes to the original design direction may require an additional design fee.

Turnaround Time

Our average processing time is approximately 2 weeks. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on order size, product availability, and current workload.

Submitting Artwork & Inspiration

Have a finished design, logo, or inspiration image? Upload your most helpful file with your custom order request. If you have additional images or references to share, you can send those when we follow up by email.
